Why we keep our range small

When we started Oh My Dog, the dog gear and supplies space was drowning in choice. Endless catalogs, hundreds of near-identical products, and very little you'd actually want to keep. We wanted the opposite.

Fewer things, chosen well

Every piece we carry goes through the same three questions: does it do its job better than what most people already own, will it still work in a few years, and would we keep it in our own home? If the answer to any is no, it doesn't make the shelf. That's why our range is smaller than most — and why we can stand behind everything in it.

Honest over hype

We don't inflate a list price just to cross it out. We don't retouch a product into looking like something it isn't. And when something isn't right, our 30-day return window makes it easy to send back.
