Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Oh My Dog currently ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery times and rates

Delivery estimates are counted in business days after processing and do not include weekends or federal holidays. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take 3–5 additional business days.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the number by email once the label is created; carriers can take up to 24 hours to activate it. You can also check status on our order tracking page.
Delays outside our control
Weather, carrier backlogs, and peak holiday volume can push deliveries past the estimates above. We'll always help you trace a delayed package, but we can't guarantee carrier timelines.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake — if the order hasn't shipped, we can usually fix it for free.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, check around your entryway and with neighbors, then contact us within 7 days. If a package arrives damaged, email a photo to support@ohmydog.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
Split shipments
Occasionally items in one order ship separately. You won't be charged extra, and each shipment gets its own tracking number.
