Our story

Oh My Dog started with a simple frustration: too much of what we buy is made to be replaced. We wanted thoughtful everyday gear for dogs and their people — pieces chosen carefully, built to last, and priced so that choosing well isn't a luxury.

How we choose

Every item in our catalog goes through the same three questions. Does it do its job better than what most people already own? Will it still work in five years? Would we keep it in our own home?

If the answer to any of those is no, it doesn't make the shelf. That's why our catalog is smaller than most — and why we can stand behind everything in it.

What you can expect

• Honest descriptions. We tell you what something is made of and what it isn't good for.
• Fair pricing. No inflated list price crossed out to fake a discount.
• Real support. A person reads every message that comes to support@ohmydog.store.
• A 30-day window. If it isn't right, send it back.
